Dodging cars

Walking the streets in Europe is like going through an obstacle course.  In order to get to the ending destination, you have to walk around millions of parked cars, rocks and dirt, avoid stray dogs, and yes, DODGE CARS.  People here don't really pay attention to where they are going, they just assume nothing is in their way, so you have to pay attention at all times, in every direction, where a racing car could be coming towards you trying to kill you.  Stop signs, streets lights, PEDESTRIANS, these are all unimportant to drivers here.  To them, when they are in their car, they don't exist.  When walking, you need to be cautious at all times, so some crazy driver doesn't run over your toes.  Yea, its been close.
